1. Introduction

1.1. Welcome to Taskit, a platform that connects customers with verified service providers for a variety of services.

1.2. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1.3. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the Taskit platform.

2. Definitions

"Platform": LLC Art Mesh ID 405659531 hereinafter TaskIt website and mobile applications.

"Customer": A user who seeks services through TaskIt.

"Service Provider": An individual or business offering services through the platform.

"Order": A formal request for services made by a customer.

3. User Registration and Account

3.1. Customers must create an account to use the platform.

3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3. Only individuals aged 18 years or older are eligible to register as customers.

4. Services Offered

4.1. TaskIt serves as an intermediary, connecting customers with third-party service providers.

4.2. Service descriptions, prices, and timelines are provided by service providers and may vary.

4.3. TaskIt does not provide the service itself; responsibility for service quality rests with the provider.

5. Booking and Payment

5.1. Customers may book services via the platform using the standardized order form.

5.2. Payment for services must be made as outlined in the booking process.

5.3. Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, online payment platforms, and other methods specified by TaskIt.

 

6. Customer Responsibilities

6.1. Provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

7.1. Cancellations by the customer must be made through the platform within the allowed time specified in the booking details.

7.2. Refunds will be issued as per the cancellation policy, which may vary by service provider.

7.3. TaskIt reserves the right to mediate disputes between customers and service providers but is not liable for financial losses.

 

8. Reviews and Ratings

8.1. Customers are encouraged to leave reviews and ratings based on their experience with the service provider.

8.2. Reviews must be honest, relevant, and respectful. Taskit reserves the right to remove inappropriate or fraudulent reviews.

 

9. Prohibited Activities

9.1. Misrepresentation or misuse of the platform for illegal or unethical activities.

9.2. Attempting to circumvent the platform to arrange services directly with providers.

9.3. Engaging in any activity that disrupts the platform's functionality or reputation.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. Taskit acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for the quality, timeliness, or outcomes of services provided by service providers. It has the right to approve the service delivery if it objectively satisfies the order components.

10.2. Customers agree to hold Taskit harmless from any disputes, damages, or losses arising from services booked through the platform.

 

11. Privacy Policy

11.1. Taskit is committed to protecting customer privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on data collection and use.

 

12. Termination

12.1. Taskit reserves the right to suspend or terminate a customer’s account for breach of these terms or misuse of the platform.

12.2. Customers may terminate their account at any time by contacting customer support.

Service Providers Terms and Conditions

By signing up as a Service Provider on Taskit, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms outline your rights, responsibilities, and the framework for service delivery and payments on our platform.

1. Eligibility and Registration

1.1. Registration Requirements:

Service Providers must be registered as an Individual Entrepreneur (IE) or a legally registered company in compliance with Georgian law.

Proof of registration and relevant documents must be submitted during the onboarding process.

1.2. Provider's Responsibility:

Services must be delivered solely by the registered provider or its verified employees.

Subcontracting or transferring service requests to another provider is strictly prohibited without prior written approval from TaskIt.

1.3. Compliance:

Providers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including tax obligations and labor laws.

2. Service Delivery

2.1. Provider Obligations:

Providers are required to deliver services as per the agreed scope, timeline, and quality standards specified in the order.

Providers must communicate promptly with customers in case of any clarifications or adjustments required.

2.2. Service Quality:

Providers are expected to maintain high standards of professionalism and service quality.

TaskIt reserves the right to remove providers with consistently poor ratings or unresolved disputes.

2.3. No Unauthorized Transfers:

Providers must deliver services directly. Assigning or transferring services to another provider without prior approval from TaskIt is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

3. Payments and Fees

3.1. Service Fee:

TaskIt charges a service fee, which is deducted from the total payment for each transaction.

The service fee is payable only after the service is delivered and confirmed by the customer through the platform.

"A default payment term of 25% applies to each service provided, with the option for parties to negotiate and establish alternative terms through individual agreements."

3.2. Payment Schedule:

Payments to providers will be processed:

a. On the 7th day of each month for all completed and confirmed services in the previous month.

b. Earlier, if the total payable amount exceeds 500 GEL.

3.3. Payment Method:

Payments will be made to the bank account provided by the provider during registration.

3.4. Escrow System:

Funds for each service will be held in escrow until the customer confirms service delivery.

3.5. Taxes:

Providers are responsible for declaring and paying applicable taxes on earnings from the platform.

4. Cancellation and Disputes

4.1. Order Cancellations:

Providers must inform the customer and Taskit promptly if they are unable to fulfill an order. Repeated cancellations may result in penalties or account deactivation.

4.2. Dispute Resolution:

In case of disputes regarding service quality or delivery, TaskIt will act as a mediator to resolve the issue. The decision of TaskIt will be final and binding.

5. Suspension and Termination

5.1. Grounds for Suspension:

Violations of these terms, such as unauthorized transfer of services, fraudulent activities, or poor service quality, may result in temporary or permanent suspension of the provider's account.

5.2. Account Termination:

Providers may terminate their account by providing written notice to Taskit. Outstanding payments will be settled as per the payment schedule.

6. Data and Confidentiality

6.1. Privacy:

Providers' personal and business information will be handled in accordance with TaskIt’s privacy policy.

6.2. Confidentiality:

"Information about service providers may be utilized for marketing purposes."

Providers must not disclose customer information or use it for purposes outside the scope of the agreed service.

7. Indemnity and Liability

7.1. Indemnification:

Providers agree to indemnify Taskit against any claims, damages, or losses arising from their actions or failure to deliver services as agreed.

7.2. Liability Limitations:

TaskIt is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from disputes between providers and customers.

8. Amendments

8.1. Policy Updates:

TaskIt reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Providers will be notified of changes, and continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of the revised terms.

By signing up and providing services through Taskit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia.

Taskit Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness for both customers and service providers, while maintaining trust and reliability within the platform. The specifics may vary depending on the type of service or the service provider's individual policies, but the general framework is as follows:

1. General Cancellation Guidelines

1.1. Cancellations must be made through the Taskit platform using the designated cancellation feature in your account.

1.2. The timing of the cancellation determines whether a refund, partial refund, or no refund is applicable.

1.3. Customers are encouraged to review the specific cancellation policy provided by the service provider before booking.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1. Full Refund:

Applicable if the cancellation is made within the "Full Refund Window," typically up to 24-48 hours before the scheduled service. If reservation has made less than 24 hours, than no cancellation is applied.

2.2. Partial Refund:

Applicable for cancellations made after the "Full Refund Window" but before the "Non-Refundable Window."

Partial refunds will typically deduct administrative fees or a percentage of the booking amount as compensation to the service provider.

2.3. No Refund:

Cancellations made after the "Non-Refundable Window," typically 24 hours or less before the scheduled service, are not eligible for a refund.

No-shows or failure to provide necessary access/information for the service also result in no refund.

3. Service Provider Cancellation

3.1. If a service provider cancels a confirmed booking, the customer will receive a full refund.

3.2. Taskit will assist in finding an alternative provider, subject to customer agreement.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

4.1. Taskit may issue refunds or allow cancellations outside the standard policy in the following cases:

Natural disasters, severe weather, or other events beyond the customer's or provider’s control.

Medical emergencies (documentation may be required).

Errors caused by the platform or the service provider (e.g., incorrect service details).

4.2. Exceptional circumstances are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and decisions made by Taskit are final.

5. Processing of Refunds

5.1. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

5.2. Any applicable platform fees or transaction fees may not be refunded unless the cancellation is due to a platform error.

6. Dispute Resolution

6.1. If there is a disagreement about the cancellation or refund, customers can contact TaskIt’s support team within 7 days of the cancellation.

6.2. Taskit will act as a mediator between the customer and the provider but does not guarantee specific outcomes in disputes.

6.3. Customer is will receive full or partial Refund if the service delivery was innapropriate and compliant was submitted withing 48 hours after service delivery.

7. Updates to the Policy

7.1. Taskit reserves the right to update the cancellation policy at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications.

7.2. Continued use of the platform after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
